1.Long warranty: Commonly 1 year in the market, but we provide 2 years` warranty.
2.Quality guarantee: Each mould will have at least 2 times QC tests before delivery. For the cap open/close action and the joint action between the cap and the bottle, we will test by ourselves at first. After these meet our standard, we will send videos to customer. If needed, we would send the samples to customer and cover the freight.
3.We guarantee all products made from our mould have similar good performance, which could help our customer expand their businesses of caps.
4.After the deal, we will still keep in touch with customers to follow up the mould producing condition.
5.We provide free online training for customers to help them install the moulds. If needed, we can also send engineers to customers` workshop to install the mould, but the cost for the trip including the air ticket and accommodation and the salary shall be bear by customer.
